Tick Tock step aside. Your feta and roasted tomato pasta has nothing on this spicy roasted tomato pasta with zesty sausage and Burrata. My love for burrata has no end. I could eat it for breakfast lunch and dinner. I have to say this is the easiest weeknight meal you’ll ever make. Minimal steps and maximum reward. Enjoy one of our new household favorites.

Preheat your oven to 350°.

In a baking pan add tomatoes, Sausage, thyme, basil, Chili flakes and powder, garlic powder and minced garlic. Drizzle in olive oil, enough to coat all of the tomatoes. Bake for 30 minutes.

Bring a pot of lightly salted water to boil and cook your noodles according to their instructions. Ours took around 10 minutes.

When the sausage and Tomatoes are done, mash up the tomatoes and dice your sausage or crush the meatballs. You want a chunky meaty sauce. Stir in tomato paste and season with salt and pepper.

Toss in your noodles and stir some more. Throw in a big serving dish so everyone can enjoy and top with your burrata bowl. Scoop pasta with a little burrata and eat it all together. You won’t be disappointed.
